Hi, My name is Yamy, a Cuban-Canadian Enigma Mamá in her fabulous forties, who swings through the colorful chaos of life always smiling and with the salsa rhythm in my heart. As a newcomer to the blogging world, I am thrilled to invite you on my journey of new adventures and discoveries.

Imagine a life where the aroma of Cafecito Cubano mixes with the fresh air of the Canadian Rockies, where entrepreneurial dreams are seasoned with Caribbean spices and every challenge is a new opportunity to grow as a human being. I have already faced many of those life's challenges head-on, seasoning them "Con Sal y con Pimienta" (with salt and pepper.) I have battled Crohn's disease for over two decades, been widowed at a very young age, and raised my children as a single mother.

Yet I keep moving forward "Y Pa'lante', as we Cubans say.
